FAME 9-1-1 — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the FAME 911 website and all services provided by FAME by Sheeraz and its crisis-communications division, FAME 911. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of Services

FAME 911 provides crisis management, strategic communications, media handling, and advisory services.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. All communications strategies must be aligned with the client’s independent legal counsel.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Crisis management involves variables outside our control, including the actions of third parties, media outlets, platforms, and regulatory bodies. All services are offered on a best-effort basis, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Disclose all material facts relevant to the crisis

  • Avoid taking independent actions that may escalate the situation

  • Ensure statements or materials provided are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights

 

FAME 911 is not responsible for results impacted by withheld information or independent actions taken without our guidance.

4. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality and shared only with the core crisis team.
Confidentiality may be overridden only if required by law, court order, or regulatory authorities.

5. Right to Decline Engagements

FAME 911 may accept or decline any engagement at its sole discretion, based on but not limited to:

  • The nature of the crisis

  • Resource availability

  • Conflicts of interest

  • Ethical considerations


Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance.

6. Fees, Billing & Payments

Fees are outlined in individual agreements or engagement letters.
Crisis engagements may require:

  • Upfront retainers

  • Rapid-response surcharges

  • Hourly or daily billing

  • Additional costs for external providers (security, legal, media buys, etc.)

Invoices must be paid promptly. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Third-Party Partners

Certain services may involve third-party partners. FAME 911 is not liable for the actions, omissions, or outcomes produced by third-party providers.

8. Media, Platform & Search Visibility Limitations

FAME 911 has no control over:

  • Media outlets

  • Social platforms

  • Publishers

  • Search engines

We do not guarantee the removal, modification, or suppression of content published by third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, trademarks, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of FAME by Sheeraz.
No part of the website or materials may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

11. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAME by Sheeraz and FAME 911 are not liable for:
 

  • Reputational damage

  • Financial loss

  • Legal consequences

  • Emotional harm

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates unless otherwise specified in a separate engagement agreement.

Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
